Current Line service statusLine desk and Free Core Desk ($0) are available to sign up. Text-Back and carrier 10DLC/TCR are in progress. Customer SMS and AI voice reception are not represented as live until carrier approval and a verified, opt-out-compliant missed-call test.

Plain-English summary You are subscribing to Line software for your service business. After carrier approval and activation, an applicable paid service may take a voicemail, transcribe it, and send a consent-based SMS qualification flow. You agree to use it lawfully — comply with TCPA / CTIA SMS rules, honor STOP requests, and don't use the platform to spam or harass. We make no guarantees you'll book more jobs.

1. Acceptance

By creating a JE Horizon account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the JE Horizon service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. Platform Plans & Pricing

Free Core Desk CRM — $0 / month

Free forever, zero credit card required. Unlimited job tracking, quotes, invoices, customer records, and dispatch management in the Command Center.

Alerts — $9 / month

Contractor-only lead alerts by text and/or email. Alerts does not text customers, does not include AI drafts, has no free trial, and does not require the $29.99 setup and compliance-onboarding fee. The subscription is billed when purchased and renews monthly until canceled.

Text-Back — $29 / month

Planned customer text-back and 25 AI drafts for one seat, subject to carrier approval and activation; this tier does not include live voice service. A one-time $29.99 account setup and compliance-onboarding fee is due when purchased. The monthly software includes a 30-day trial; after the trial it renews at $29 per month until canceled. The setup fee covers JE Horizon's internal onboarding, configuration, and messaging-compliance work.

Starter — $49 / month

Planned automated missed-call SMS text-backs, job inbox, 500 conversations, and 100 connected receptionist minutes, subject to carrier approval and activation. A one-time $29.99 account setup and compliance-onboarding fee applies. A 30-day Starter software trial is available only after the account has completed at least one paid Text-Back month. If the account is not eligible, the Starter subscription is charged when purchased. The subscription renews at $49 per month until canceled.

Pro — $79 / month

Planned AI voice receptionist, 250 voice minutes, 1,000 SMS conversations, inbound photo MMS, and automated quote drafts, subject to production verification and activation. A one-time $29.99 account setup and compliance-onboarding fee applies. A 30-day Pro software trial is available only after the account has completed at least two paid Text-Back months and one paid Starter month. If the account is not eligible, the Pro subscription is charged when purchased. The subscription renews at $79 per month until canceled.

Dedicated Number Add-on — +$5 / month

Optional dedicated local phone number matching your service zip code. Default tier operates via our verified platform line on your behalf at no additional charge.

Optional recurring add-ons shown at checkout include Webchat at $15 per month and, for Pro accounts, Ads Growth Engine at $49 per month. Each selected add-on renews monthly until canceled.

3. Acceptable use — SMS and voice compliance (TCPA)

When Text-Back is activated after carrier approval, missed-call text-back is intended only for a telephone number that just called the shop. That inbound call is how the number was obtained. Other customer-facing SMS is drafted by JE Horizon and sent only with owner approval. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out.

You are responsible for the messages we send on your behalf. By subscribing, you represent that:

You have a legitimate business reason to receive inbound calls and texts on the JE Horizon-managed number.
You will not use JE Horizon to send unsolicited marketing texts, robocalls, or any communication prohibited by TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA SMS guidelines, or your jurisdiction's equivalent.
You will honor STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE requests immediately (JE Horizon does this automatically; you must not work around it).
You will not use the service for adult, gambling, debt-collection (without separate compliance), illicit, or fraudulent purposes.
You will keep the contact information on your account current.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Repeat or egregious violations may be reported to telecom carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon), upstream carrier aggregators, and applicable regulators.

4. What you may not do

Resell or sublicense JE Horizon access to third parties without our written permission.
Use JE Horizon numbers to evade telephony bans or carrier filtering on your other numbers.
Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to extract our AI prompts or model outputs at scale.
Circumvent rate limits, billing, the entitlement system, or shared-trial limits.
Use the platform to send messages on behalf of any party other than the business named on your account.

5. Recurring Billing, Trial Eligibility & Cancellation

Before checkout, we disclose the selected plan, the amount due at checkout, any applicable trial and first subscription charge date, the monthly renewal amount, and selected recurring add-ons.

Automatic monthly renewal: Alerts, Text-Back, Starter, Pro, and selected recurring add-ons renew each month at the disclosed rate unless canceled before the next billing date.
Trial eligibility: Text-Back includes the trial stated above. Starter and Pro trials are conditional on the paid-history requirements in Section 2; they are not available to every new account. The checkout page and receipt control the exact first charge date for an eligible trial.
Cancellation: You can cancel through Account > Billing or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless the checkout terms state otherwise, access continues through the end of the current paid period. If an eligible trial is canceled before its disclosed first charge date, the monthly subscription is not charged.

6. Account

You are responsible for keeping your portal login credentials and (if enabled) 2FA codes secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are compromised.

7. No performance guarantee

JE Horizon is a lead-recovery tool. We make no guarantees, express or implied, that using JE Horizon will result in any specific number of bookings, jobs, revenue, or customer-acquisition outcomes for your business. AI-generated SMS may occasionally produce errors or hallucinations; you remain responsible for reviewing leads before contacting them.

8. AI disclosure

When activated, caller-facing SMS and Pro voice use hosted services, subject to carrier approval and production verification. Messages may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing leads. Do not send medical records through this product.

9. Warranty disclaimer

JE Horizon is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Telephony and SMS delivery depend on third-party carriers and telecommunications networks (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) and may be delayed, throttled, or filtered outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J.E. Herizon LLC's total cumulative liability arising from your use of JE Horizon shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost-revenue, or punitive damages — including but not limited to leads not delivered, calls missed, or jobs not booked.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J.E. Herizon LLC (DBA JE Horizon) from any claims arising from (a) your violation of TCPA, CTIA, or other applicable SMS / telephony law, (b) your misuse of the JE Horizon-managed number, or (c) your breach of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect from you and from callers, and how we handle it. By using JE Horizon, you agree to that policy.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered customers. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of North Carolina.

15. Electronic Signature Consent & Dual-Copy Audit Trail

By checking the agreement checkbox, registering an account, or subscribing to any plan, you provide your legal electronic signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

Upon registration, our system records an electronic consent receipt containing your timestamp, IP address, user agent, authorized signatory name, email, and plan tier. We attempt to email a complete electronic copy of the agreement to both:

16. Google Third-Party Partner Disclosure (Google Ads Growth Engine)

If you activate the Local Ads & Growth Engine add-on ($49/mo), JE Horizon acts as a third-party technology and management partner using Google Ads Manager Account (MCC ID: 641-117-0003). In compliance with Google's official Third-Party Policy, you acknowledge and agree that:

Direct Media Spend Billing: You pay Google directly at cost for all advertising clicks and impressions via your own child account payment method. JE Horizon charges zero hidden markups or custody commissions on your Google media spend.
Software Management Fee: JE Horizon charges a separate, transparent software add-on fee of $49/month billed through Stripe for automated campaign creation, negative keyword shielding, and AI speed-to-lead CRM routing.
Required Google Disclosure: Advertisers are encouraged to review Google's official consumer disclosure notice: Working with a Third-Party Partner.
Account Ownership & Data: You retain ownership of your contractor business profile and may request unlink or export of your campaign blueprints at any time.
