Plain-English summary You're subscribing to a SaaS that recovers missed phone calls for your service business: when a caller doesn't reach you, JE Horizon takes a voicemail, transcribes it, and runs an AI-driven SMS qualification flow on the caller. You agree to use it lawfully — comply with TCPA / CTIA SMS rules, honor STOP requests, and don't use the platform to spam or harass. We make no guarantees you'll book more jobs.

1. Acceptance

By creating a JE Horizon account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the JE Horizon service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. Platform Plans & Pricing

Free Core Desk CRM — $0 / month

Free forever, zero credit card required. Unlimited job tracking, quotes, invoices, customer records, and dispatch management in the Command Center.

Starter — $49 / month

Automated missed-call SMS text-backs, job inbox, 150 conversations, and 60 connected receptionist minutes. Includes a 30-day free trial on the monthly software subscription (card required on file; billing begins on day 31). A one-time $29.99 setup fee covers carrier TCR Brand and 10DLC registration filing (carrier verification takes up to 7 business days, usually 3).

Pro — $79 / month

24/7 AI Voice receptionist, 120 voice minutes, 400 SMS conversations, inbound photo MMS, and automated quote drafts. Includes a 30-day free trial on the monthly software subscription (card required on file; billing begins on day 31), plus the one-time $29.99 TCR Brand & 10DLC setup fee.

Dedicated Number Add-on — +$5 / month

Optional dedicated local phone number matching your service zip code. Default tier operates via our verified platform line on your behalf at no additional charge.

3. Acceptable use — SMS and voice compliance (TCPA)

Missed-call text-back is sent only to a telephone number that just called the shop. That inbound call is how the number was obtained. Other customer-facing SMS is drafted by JE Horizon and sent only with owner approval. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out.

You are responsible for the messages we send on your behalf. By subscribing, you represent that:

You have a legitimate business reason to receive inbound calls and texts on the JE Horizon-managed number.
You will not use JE Horizon to send unsolicited marketing texts, robocalls, or any communication prohibited by TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA SMS guidelines, or your jurisdiction's equivalent.
You will honor STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE requests immediately (JE Horizon does this automatically; you must not work around it).
You will not use the service for adult, gambling, debt-collection (without separate compliance), illicit, or fraudulent purposes.
You will keep the contact information on your account current.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Repeat or egregious violations may be reported to telecom carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon), AWS Pinpoint, Twilio, Telnyx, and applicable regulators.

4. What you may not do

Resell or sublicense JE Horizon access to third parties without our written permission.
Use JE Horizon numbers to evade telephony bans or carrier filtering on your other numbers.
Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to extract our AI prompts or model outputs at scale.
Circumvent rate limits, billing, the entitlement system, or shared-trial limits.
Use the platform to send messages on behalf of any party other than the business named on your account.

5. Honest Billing, Transparency Reminders & Painless 1-Click Cancellation

We enforce honest, non-predatory billing:

30-Day Free Trial: For Starter and Pro, your card is not billed for the recurring subscription during the first 30 days. The one-time $29.99 setup fee covers carrier registry filing costs.
Advance Transparency Reminders: We send automated friendly reminder emails to your registration email 7 days and 3 days before your trial ends and your first subscription charge is processed, explicitly stating the exact billing date and charge amount.
Stupid Simple Painless Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click directly from your portal/dashboard settings (cmd.jehorizon.com/settings#billing) or by emailing [email protected]. Zero retention hoops, no mandatory surveys, and no required phone calls. If you cancel during your 30-day trial, your card will never be charged for the subscription.

6. Account

You are responsible for keeping your portal login credentials and (if enabled) 2FA codes secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are compromised.

7. No performance guarantee

JE Horizon is a lead-recovery tool. We make no guarantees, express or implied, that using JE Horizon will result in any specific number of bookings, jobs, revenue, or customer-acquisition outcomes for your business. AI-generated SMS may occasionally produce errors or hallucinations; you remain responsible for reviewing leads before contacting them.

8. AI disclosure

JE Horizon generates caller-facing SMS on our hosted stack. Pro voice uses hosted speech recognition and text-to-speech. Messages may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing leads. Do not send medical records through this product.

9. Warranty disclaimer

JE Horizon is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Telephony and SMS delivery depend on third-party carriers (Twilio, AWS, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) and may be delayed, throttled, or filtered outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JE Horizon LLC's total cumulative liability arising from your use of JE Horizon shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost-revenue, or punitive damages — including but not limited to leads not delivered, calls missed, or jobs not booked.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JE Horizon LLC from any claims arising from (a) your violation of TCPA, CTIA, or other applicable SMS / telephony law, (b) your misuse of the JE Horizon-managed number, or (c) your breach of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect from you and from callers, and how we handle it. By using JE Horizon, you agree to that policy.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered customers. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of North Carolina.

15. Electronic Signature Consent & Dual-Copy Audit Trail

By checking the agreement checkbox, registering an account, or subscribing to any plan, you provide your legal electronic signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

Upon registration, an electronic consent audit receipt containing your timestamp, IP address, user agent, authorized signatory name, email, and plan tier is durably saved in our PostgreSQL database on Fly.io. A complete electronic copy of your signed agreement is immediately emailed to both:
