1. 30-Day Free Trial & Advance Notifications

Paid plans (Starter $49/mo, Pro $79/mo) include a 30-day free trial on the monthly software subscription with a card on file. We automatically send friendly advance reminders to your email 7 days and 3 days before your trial expires, detailing the exact charge date and amount. If you cancel during your trial, your card is never charged for the subscription.

2. First-month refund (14-day window)

If JE Horizon Line isn't a fit for your business after your trial converts, email [email protected] from the email on your account within 14 days of your first paid charge. We will cancel the subscription and refund that first month in full — no questions asked.

3. Recurring renewal charges & 1-click painless cancellation

Cancel anytime in 1 click: From the billing tab in the dashboard or portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal immediately. You keep access through the end of the current paid period.
Renewal charges after the first month are non-refundable as a default policy. If something went wrong on our side (outage, missed leads we should have delivered, billing error), email us and we will promptly make it right — see Section 5.

3. What we don't refund

Subscription periods more than 14 days old, unless we caused the problem.
Telephony pass-through costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., toll-free SMS volume above the included tier, if your plan has overage).
Custom setup, onboarding labor, or porting fees once delivered.

4. If we caused the problem

If JE Horizon failed in a way that lost you a lead — for example, the platform was down during a missed call, an SMS was not sent within our service-level expectations, or a billing charge was duplicated — email us with the date, the affected number, and what happened. We will refund or credit you when we caused the problem.

5. How to request a refund

Send an email from the address on your account to [email protected] with:

Your business name and the JE Horizon-managed number on your account
The approximate date of the charge you want refunded
The reason (optional within the 14-day first-month window; helpful otherwise)

We aim to respond within two business days. Refunds typically appear on your statement 3–10 business days after we process them, depending on your bank or PayPal.

6. Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback. We are a small team and we will refund eligible charges without requiring a card-issuer or PayPal dispute. Chargebacks cost us real money in fees; if you email first, you get the same outcome without that cost.
